A few things worth knowing about the review.
Who is Report Rescue for?
Marketing agencies preparing reports for their clients. It is useful for reviewing SEO, paid media, social, and broader marketing reports before a client meeting. Bring the report you already have; Report Rescue reviews it and helps strengthen the narrative.
What do I get back?
A reporting-quality scorecard, strengths, the most important issues to fix, facts supported by your report, clearly labeled hypotheses, a rewritten executive summary, and recommended next steps. You can download the review. Your original PDF or presentation is not edited for you.
How are the grades calculated?
We check five things in each of three areas: Clarity, Insight, and Actionability. Each check earns 0 points for missing, 1 for partial, or 2 for clear. The app converts the available points to a percentage and assigns a grade. Unassessable checks are excluded; at least three checks are needed to grade an area. You can inspect every check in your review. Low: below 40% · Medium: 40–69% · High: 70% or above. The rubric measures reporting quality, not campaign performance. Fixed rules and a consistent model help repeatability, but AI judgments can still vary. These grades are not industry benchmarks or a certification.
What does this add to a general AI chat?
A review built around client reporting: the same 15 checks across three areas each time, feedback tied to source passages, facts separated from hypotheses, and an organized review you can download. You do not have to write a prompt or assemble the scorecard yourself. AI can still make mistakes; check the evidence and proposed rewrite before sending anything to a client.
Which files can I upload?
PDF, PNG, and JPEG. Send one to three files, up to 3 MB in total and 12 pages across your sources. Screenshots count as one page each. You can send an excerpt; the review will flag what it cannot assess. Redaction is optional, and readable context helps make the feedback more specific.
What happens to my report?
Your files are processed privately and temporarily to generate your review, using a third-party AI service. We do not keep a report library or create public file links. Processing providers may retain content for security monitoring; see the policy for details. Redaction is optional. Download your review before leaving if you want to keep it.

The current pilot is free for people with an access code. A code is required before a review can run. The optional industry benchmarks and deeper research panels collect interest in future paid pilots; submitting your email does not charge you or unlock those features.
Does it check live benchmarks or search the web?
The current review uses only your uploaded report and any context you add. It does not fetch live benchmarks, Ahrefs data, or web research. It can suggest what to investigate, but will not treat a possible explanation for a metric change as a proven cause. Industry benchmarks and deeper research are planned features.
